Shipping Policy for Elegance Rentals
At Elegance Rentals, we strive to provide a smooth and timely rental experience. Below is our shipping policy outlining the shipping process for your dress rental.
1. Shipping Information
- Shipping Method: All orders are shipped using a standard shipping method to ensure timely delivery. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving confirmation of payment. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
- Shipping Notifications: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Shipping costs are not included in the rental price and will be calculated at checkout based on your location. You will pay a standard shipping rate, which covers the cost of shipping the dress to you.
- Shipping Address: Please ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays or incorrect deliveries due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
3. Return Process
- Responsibility for Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for returning the rental items to Elegance Rentals by the agreed-upon return date.
- Return Label and Instructions: A return shipping label and detailed return instructions will be included in the box with your rental dress. Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure the dress is returned on time.
- Return Shipping: The return label is pre-paid, and Elegance Rentals will cover the cost of the return shipping. Please affix the return label to the package and drop it off at your local carrier's location.
- Timely Returns: All rented dresses must be returned by the specified date. Late returns may incur additional fees as outlined in our rental agreement.
4. Damages or Missing Items
- Dress Condition: Please inspect your dress immediately upon receipt. If you receive a dress with any damages or defects, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to report the issue.
- Missing Items: If any item from your rental is missing or if the package is incomplete, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue.
5. International Shipping
Currently, Elegance Rentals only operates locally and does not ship internationally. All shipments are limited to local delivery areas.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be circumstances beyond our control that could delay your shipment (e.g., weather, carrier delays, etc.). Elegance Rentals is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or external factors.
